WEST POINT PARENTS CLUB OF INDIANA TAILGATE

We are excited to support the Black Knights Football team as they join the American Athletic Conference (AAC) for the 2024 football season!

Based on the transition to a conference schedule several Army home football game dates are still being finalized for the 2024 football season.

Once these dates have been finalized we will select a home football game and the Club will:

Secure a block of tickets for this football game so that all Club members
can sit together as a group at Michie Stadium.

Parking passes at West Point on game day are required. The cost for a parking pass has been $15.00 in the past.

The Tailgate officially starts immediately after that game (however it is all hands on deck prior to the game/early that morning setting up and preparing food). We are working to secure a Daly Field location (again)
as we try to be in the same spot we were previous years (which is the far Northeast corner of the field near the road and parking lot – next to Trophy Point). There will be a large West Point Parents Club of Indiana
sign – you can’t miss it...

We will be posting a Tailgate registration sheet. All Cadets eat for free. The Indiana Cadets are encouraged to invite
any other Cadet roommates, Cadet friends, or West Point staff as their guests and they too will attend for free.
As the tailgate draws closer we will send out e-mails to all Indiana Cadets letting them know about the tailgate and
that they can invite their Cadet friends.

As with any event, we are always looking for sponsors and/or donations. If you know of anyone that
would be willing to sponsor this event, please let a committee member know and we can contact them
directly. Also, if you can’t make the event, but would like to provide a financial donation it would be
greatly appreciated. Remember....no donation is too small!

This is a great family event, with great food and a lot of fun. The Tailgate committee hopes that
you can join us for this year’s Tailgate. The Cadets love it!
